ALL returns are for exchange or store credit ONLY. Due to limited quantities of items, we cannot guarantee an exchange on the same item will be available. Please call us immediately to hold the size needed.
All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Packages must be postmarked by the 14 day cut off to be returned.
All sale, swim, jewelry, hats and beauty are FINAL sale. No exceptions.
All items must be returned with original tags attached. Items must unworn, unwashed and smoke free.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox, Shoebox must be shipped in another box and returned undamaged.
All items are checked carefully before sending to avoid shipping damaged items. Damages must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. The items must be unworn, unwashed and original tags must be attached. In the case you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at email@example.com and include "Damage - order #" in subject line. We will contact you after reviewing the damage.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
items that are not in compliance with our return policy will be refused and shipped back to the customer.
